Hi! It's been a crazy time. I've been to Oregon with my mom-in-law, we celebrated her 99th birthday end of May. I am in Florida until the end of June when we are going to go pick her up (she has a caregivier with her) and bring her back to FL mid-July. Then I should be here. I made this card for my husband for Father's Day. The theme of this week's Sugar Bowl was love/weddings. No weddings coming up. But I wanted to express my love to my hubby as the father of our children. I used this adorable image from Sugar Nellie, colored it with Prisma Color Pencils and Gamsol. I cut the image out and popped it out with foam circles. The hearts are also popped out. The paper is from Basic Grey Mellow (wanted a masculine paper). The hearts and flower are also from BG Mellow. The sentiment is from Your Next Stamp. The brad is also from BG. Inside the flowers are from Prima flowers, the two rhinestones are Kaiser Craft, and the brads are from my stash. I cut the circles and inside with Nestabilities. The base blue paper is from Stampin' Up. Guess that's it. Thanks for lookin'!

PWCO #70 Sketch and Tuesday recipe
I made this card for two of Paper Works Co challenges: Sunday's sketch #70 and today's Tuesday recipe. I colored this adorable image by Rachelle Anne Miller with my Prisma color pencils and Gamsol. The flowers are Prima. The striped paper is from my stash (don't know company) and the floral paper is from The Paper Studio. I used a ribbon from my stash to seperate the dp's. The sentiment is from Flourishes. The yellow cs is Stampin' Up. I cut the image out with Nesties labels.
That's about it. Thanks for lookin'!

FTTC 99 and Mojo Monday
This card was made for Florishes Tuesday Challenge... their 99th challenge. Be watching for their 100th next week! I didn't plan to make two purple cards back to back, it just sorta happened. This paper is Basic Grey's Wisteria. I love this paper. The cs is SU. The rhinestones are KaiserCraft. I colored the cute spring image with Prismacolor pencils and Gamsol. The sketch is from this week's Mojo Monday. That's about it. Thanks a bunch for lookin'!
Marlene's Sketch #50
I love the stamps/images from Sugar Nellie. I had noticed that most of my stamps are spring/summer! I need to broaden my collection! This stamp is "Planting Some Love". I colored it with Prismacolor pencils and Gamsol and cut it out with Nesties. The paper is DCWV Nana's boy. The pearls are KaiserCraft. The ribbon is from my stash. The cs is SU. I sponged around the image with chalk. That's it. Thanks a bunch for lookin'!

New Beginnings
Spring and flowers always signify new beginnings for me. So I chose this Gruffies stamp with the Wheelbarrow and potted plant to signify New Beginnings for spring... even though it's still a long way off! I colored with Copics. The paper is Making Memories English Garden and the ribbon is also MM. I used the sketch from Sketch N' Stash #52. I used my Nesties Oval scallop to cut out the image and popped it up on foam dots. That's it. Thanks a bunch for lookin'!
Happy Birthday Kathy
Hi! I made this card for one of my oldest and dearest friends, Kathy. Her birthday is the 7th. This is for Whiff of Joy's 94th challenge. I like Kim's sketch for this challenge. I used SU cs red and Basic Grey dp. The flowers are Prima and the pearls are KaiserCraft. The ribbon is Offray. I colored the image(s) with Copics. I Stamped Willow then covered the image and stamped the chair using my Stamp-a-majig for the very first time! (I've had it for months) I used the stiped paper to look like wallpaper. I cut the stripes out using Nesties Label 16 the largest one. I cut out the chair and Willow and popped them up on foam squares. Think it turned out ok.
Thanks a bunch for lookin'!

Thoughts of school
I love fall, and I always enjoyed going back to school. I was raised in the country and we didn't have alot of activities to keep us involved. Swimming lessons was about it. So school was my social network.
I made this card for Belles n' Whistles Back to School and followed the sketch from CPS #182.
This little girl seems happy about the coming season (we'll pretend she's thinking about fall and school :-D). I colored her in fall colors (which I love) and sponged around the image with red chalk. I used a cute button from a stash I've had awhile. The little chalkboard says 1/2 = 2/4. The paper is K&Co. The stripes are on the reverse of the floral print. The ribbon is Offray.
I just love Belles n' Whistles stamps/images. (I think I've said that before!) Thanks a bunch for lookin'!

OCCSC30 and Color Create #52
This card was made for OCCSC #30 sketch challenge and Color Create #52 to use pastels: Lilac, yellow and mint. I had this dp from Stampin'Up that was perfect! The image fit the sketch well. I love yellow roses, so that was a no-brainer! The coloring is with Prisma color pencils and Gamsol. I used Nesties Ovals and scallop to cut and mat the image. I popped it up on spongs squares. The ribbon is Offray (isn't the match great!). The buttons are Basic Grey and the pearls are Recollections. The cs is also SU. The image is from my daughter's stash... I want to say Whipper Snapper, but I'm not sure. That's it! Thanks a bunch for lookin'!
Friday Sketchers #117
This card was made for Friday Sketchers #117. I used a Whipper Snapper Design image and colored it with Prisma color pencils and Gamsol. I cut the image out with a Nesties Oval. I used a Martha Stewart Border Punch wide to make the "trellis" look. The dp is from Karen Foster and the flowers are Prima and Recollection. The tan background paper is SU and the orange is DCWV. Very simple. Thanks a bunch for lookin'!
Two Challenges
I couldn't find my battery charger for my camera! I looked "everywhere", but it was not to be found. I even went to Best Buy to price their chargers... $42! So I came home and looked some more. I decided to check my husband's drawer, that he "had just looked in there." I scanned around the drawer, and low and behold! There it was. So I charged my battery, and now I'm displaying my cards that I finished last night.
This little card was made for two challenges: The Greeting Farm and Totally PaperCraft #31.
The Greeting Farm had a sketch to follow. This is what I came up with. I of course used a Greeting Farm image and colored it with Prisma color pencils and Gamsol, and cut it out with Nesties Oval and matted it on Nesties Oval Scallop. I used Basic Grey's LilyKate dp and SU cs. The yellow ribbon is from my stash and the pink is from Celebrat It. The buttons are Basic grey. The flower is Prima and the pearls are Kaiser Craft. I sponged around the image with yellow chalk.
The challenge for Totally Papercraft #31 was Plain and Simple. This is pretty plain and quite simple. Thanks a bunch for lookin'!
