The Sugar Bowl #41 Marleni's Sketch

This seems to be one of the most used Sugar Nellie stamps by Elisabeth Bell. I've seen her on many cards. I finally ordered her and this is the first time I've inked her up (new). This card is made using a sketch by Marleni and an optional theme to use something old or something new. I ended up using something of both. I colored the image with Prisma color pencils and Gamsol. I cut it out with Nesties circle. I used a Nesties flower to mount the image with. I separated the dp (Basic Grey's Nook and Pantry) with a white Offray ribbon. I used tiny 1/2 pearls from my stash on various points of the "flower". I used Prima flowers and nested red, white and red, with a white 1/2 pearl in the center (from my stash). The red paper is DCWV (I've had it quite awhile... old).

  1. This is so sweet! I love the image and that big flower! Great layout too:)

  2. Lovely card and coloring! Yeah, Daisy is a fave :) Your papers are perfect for her. Thanks for joining the Sugar Bowl Challenge! Happy Weekend!

  3. Oh Daisy looks so cute dosn't she, your card is fab.xx
